femoris muscle of his right thigh in Friday's 2-2 draw at Serie

It means the only centre-back coach Stefano Pioli can field is
Simon Kjaer, who has just come back from injury, plus
18-year-old Jan-Carlo Simić, who has been promoted from Milan's
youth academy.
