Group of Seven ministers under
Italy's presidency on Friday in Trento adopted a declaration on
Artificial Intelligence saying the new technology should be
developed in an ethical and responsible way, cabinet secretary
with the technological innovatsion brief Alessio Butti said.
They said the development of AU should be "in line with the
principles and basic values of our democracies, for the good of
our citizens and for the cohesion, resilience, welfare and
wellbeing of our societies and economies."
The minister s also agreed that digital public services should
be focused on people.
Italy was represented at the Trento G7 by Business and Made in
Italy Minister Adolfo Urso.
