Meanwhile Italy's world number 36 Matteo Arnaldi beat world
number 6 Andrey Rublev of Russia 7-6 6-2 6-2 to set up a last 16
clash with either world number nine Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece
or China's Zhizhen Zhang.
