Federica Brignone on Friday won the
women's Super-G in La Thuile, Austria, moving significantly
closer to this season's overall World Cup title.
Sofia Goggia finished the race in second place, ahead of
France's Romane Miradoli.
Now Brignone has 1454 points, 382 more that Switzerland's Lara
Gut Behrami, who finished the race in fourth position on Friday,
before the final four races of the season in Beaver Creek,
United States.
