The 63-year-old Sicilian ex hitman
who killed fashion king Maurizio Gucci in 1995 on the orders of
his ex wife and 'Black Widow' Patrizia Reggiani on Tuesday shot
his 37-year-old son in the face and seriously injured him after
a family row before turning the gun on himself and critically
wounding himself in his new home near Pisa, local sources said.
The man, Benedetto Ceraulo, from Caltanissetta, has been living
at Santa Maria a Monte for a couple of years. His son joined him
for the Easter holidays.
The former hitman shot dead Maurizio Gucci on March 27, 1995, a
murder for which Reggiani served 18 years in jail until October
2016.
