Silvio Berlusconi's five children
have fully accepted the will of the late ex-premier and media
magnate, sources said on Monday.
The will did not give any of the five sole control of
Berlusconi's business empire and other assets, although his two
older children, Marina and Pier Silvio, do control around 53% of
a legacy worth at least five billion euros between them.
The sources said a team of lawyers and financial consultants had
worked on clarifying many aspects of the will after Berlusconi
's death on June 12.
The five heirs are set to sign a document testifying that they
fully accept the will at the late ex-premier's villa at Arcore
near Milan later on Monday, the sources said.
This means none of them requested an inventory, which would have
made things take longer.
