Fitch On Thursday cut Stellantis'
rating to 'BBB' from 'BBB-', with a stable outlook.
The US ratings agency said the downgrade reflects the worsening
of market conditions in North America and the increase in cost
pressures following the 25% Trump tariffs imposed on cars.
Stellantis, a multinational automotive manufacturing company
formed from the merger in 2021 of the Italian-American
conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and the French PSA
Group, is the world's fourth-largest automaker by sales, behind
Toyota, Volkswagen Group, and Hyundai Motor Group
