On the occasion of the Italian Design Day 2025, the Consulate General of Italy in Mumbai and the Italian Cultural Institute of Mumbai, in collaboration with the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (CSMVS), present 'Landscapes of Action: The Designer in Our Times' tomorrow at 6pm local time.
In this lecture, architect and designer Stefano Mirti presents a journey through his experiences and practice as a designer in the ever-changing world of media technologies, cultural intersections, social media engagement and the evolving nature of communication technologies and knowledge sharing processes. Mirti chats with architectural theorist and critic Kaiwan Mehta (Dean, BS School of Architecture, NMIMS University) about how some of the journeys of our time are read and shared in cultural locations as diverse as Italy and India, Europe and Asia.
