Captain Sergio Parisse will return
to Italy's starting line-up for Saturday's Six Nations match
against England in Twickenham.
The number eight, who missed the 26-16 defeat to Ireland last
time out after suffering suspected concussion playing for his
club Stade Francais, will make his 137th appearance for the
national team.
Hooker Luca Bigi comes into the starting XV too, with
Leonardo Ghiraldini dropping to the bench after captaining Italy
against the Irish.
Sebastian Negri has recovered from illness and comes in on
the blind side of the back row in the place of Jimmy Tuivaiti.
The Azzurri are aiming to end a record run of 20 defeats in
the Six Nations on Saturday.
"We have trained well this week to build on the great work
done before the Ireland game," said Italy coach Conor O'Shea.
"The focus has to be on ourselves and on the things we can
control, trying to play our best rugby".
