Juventus on Sunday sacked
Italo-Brazilian coach Thiago Motta.
Motta has been replaced by Igor Tudor, the Old Lady said.
Former Genoa and Inter player Motta, 42, saw Juve's Champions
League and Italian Cup bids end recently end as well as
suffering a 4-0 thumping by title contenders Atalanta, the
Bianconeri's heaviest home defeat since 1967, and a 3-0 loss at
eight-placed Fiorentina.
Juve have slipped to fifth in the title race and former Italy
international midfielder and ex Bologna boss Motta has now paid
the price.
Croat ex Udinese, Verona, Marseille and Lazio manager Tudor, 46,
who spent most of his playing career as a defender at Juve, will
now take over for Juve's next game at home to 12th placed Genoa
next Saturday.
