National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater perform in the
premiere of the ballet 'Dragon Songs', in Kharkiv, Ukraine, 24
January 2025 (issued 25 January 2025), amid the Russian
invasion. It is the first ballet play that this company has
created entirely with Ukrainian-only artists, with music by
Maksym Kolomiets and libretto by Zhanna Chepela. When the
full-scale invasion began, they set up a second stage in the
building's air-raid shelter, which is where they are still
