Tickets for Italy's home 2022 Six Nations games against England and Scotland are selling fast after Azzurri great Sergio Parisse announced he was ready to take part in the tournament and get his much-delayed swansong with the national team.
The Toulon number eight was meant to play his last Italy game at the 2019 World Cup in Japan but that plan was frustrated when the final group game against New Zealand was cancelled due to typhoon.
COVID-19 killed a plan to have a swansong test against England in the 2020 Six Nations and a broken wrist mean he could not have his international farewell game against the All Blacks in Rome last month.
The 38-year-old is in his last season and has a record 142 Italy caps.
Over 30,000 tickets have already been sold for the February 13 match against England in Rome and 12,000 have gone for the March 12 match against Scotland.
