It wraps up on Wednesday.
The two-day event will see researchers, representatives of
institutions and producers meet as part of the conference
organized by the Consortium for the safeguard of buffalo
mozzarella DOP from Campania and the Federico II University,
among other organizations, as part of celebrations to mark the
university's 800th birthday.
