The first of a series of initiatives that will celebrate the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World throughout India was held in Delhi at the Foodstories speciality food boutique in the Ambience luxury mall.
The inauguration, organised in this case by the Ice Agency, was attended by Antonietta Baccanari, who heads the Agency, Eliana Zappalà, from the same office, and Davide Colombo, Head of Integrated Promotion at the Italian Embassy in Delhi.
Foodstories, which sells high-end imported food, set up several corners dedicated to Italy, with numerous fresh foods, and hosted a masterclass on black truffles, one of the excellences of our cuisine.
The inaugural day ended with a tasting of truffle-based dishes reserved for a limited number of Foodstories' customers, with the participation of the best-known Italian chefs working in the Indian capital.
