The Italian Embassy in Seoul organised a networking reception dedicated to the 'Italian Fashion Days', the showcase in the Korean market for the excellence of Made in Italy fashion.
For the occasion, the Ambassador Emilia Gatto welcomed representatives of over 60 Italian companies in the Made in Italy fashion sector and qualified Korean operators, journalists and famous influencers, including Jang Myung-sook, also known as "Milanonna", an iconic figure in the Korean social media and fashion scene and the first Korean student to study fashion at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan in 1978. The Italian Fashion Days are organised by Ente Moda Italia - EMI and BottegaItalia together with the main trade associations (SMI, Assocalzaturifici, Assopellettieri, AIP) and with the support of the ICE Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
