Champions Inter missed the chance to
pull level with leaders Napoli at the top of Serie A on Thursday
when they were thumped 3-0 at Fiorentina.
The two sides met in Florence to finish the match that was
stopped early on in December after Fiorentina midfielder Edoardo
Bove collapsed on the field due to a heart attack.
Bove, 22, has not yet been given the all clear to return to
action.
The home side prevailed thanks to a goal by Luca Ranieri and a
double by Moise Kean.
Inter have 51 points from 23 games, three points fewer than
Napoli.
Fiorentina moved up to fourth place with the win with 42 points.
A top-four finish is good for a place in next season's Champions
League.
